Well, I can find one, but it’s the one that looks weird on the mannequin and fantastic on me. I probably won’t get it, though… I can’t find my size (an EIGHT, since when have I been an EIGHT? Although… I’m pretty sure the brand runs small because I am usually a 4/6) and my “many girls have bought this” sense is tingling (perhaps because the website only has 2 sizes left?).
The other two options (so far. Mama and I are venturing to King of Prussia after we visit Swarthmore on Thursday) are a bright pink empire waist (I think?) dress with a sizable amount of cleavage (it also has pockets. Pockets in a prom dress? Unheard of), and a royal purple strapless dress with a poofy crunchy skirt. The bodice looks amazing (and isn’t WHOABOOBS like a lot of strapless dresses are on me), but I am not sure about poofycrunchy.
I am lusting after the really simple elegant long gowns, but we are only going to my junior prom this year, so I will have to wait to revel in those.
