I registered for the common app so now I need to start my essay. The CMU and Caltech supplements haven’t been posted so now it is time to start my common app essay. What should I write about?

Serendipity: I finally got my parents to sign up for Netflix
primarily because Hulu’s relatively new policy of just posting 5 episodes from one season of the show I wanna watch (even if it’s off of the air, like Buffy) is really getting on my nerves. I wanted Netflix to watch tv shows and movies on my computer.
Unfortunately, I have an ancient iMac G4…
I might have some extra ram from my old powerbook and even if I don’t I can install it for you if you want. There should be step by step instructions on the internets though.
I found step by step instructions, and I’m off to buy my RAM tomorrow. Is it really easy to mess up the installation and make everything go kaflooeee? Cause I am worried about that.

Greece plays Argentina on Tuesday. If they beat Argentina they move on to the next round. If they draw with Argentina and Nigeria beats South Korea then Greece moves on. If they draw with Argentina and Nigeria draws with South Korea it will come down to who has had the most goals scored on them.
